Fixes

• Install works on webOS 11. The device keeps appinstalld out of /tmp, so the IPK now goes to /media/developer/temp with mode 0777, the same place and mode ares-install uses. • remote-file gains a mkdir command over the shared file transfer. It makes missing parents and works on devices without SFTP, so it replaces the xargs -0 mkdir shell call.

Building

• ares-cli-rs libraries move to v0.6.0. • The Android build runs against NDK 28, for 16 KB page sizes, and takes OpenSSL 3.6 again.
