Added option to open/use multiple Global Proxy Ports. Overall 8 instances so 16 ports can be started at once (A/B -> O/P). The global proxy port names are displaying properly on system tray menu and VST dialogs as well as on the system tray tooltips. Each global proxy instance can be set to autostart with Windows.
