.pdf file-association registration is corrected (MSIX windows.fileTypeAssociation + Inno ChangesAssociations=yes)
Opening additional PDFs routes them into the existing OpenReader instance
Improved handling for paths with spaces, Unicode filenames, parentheses, and long paths
