Running on macOS — the app isn't code-signed, so Gatekeeper quarantines it on first launch. After dragging Noctis into your Applications folder, clear the flag once in Terminal:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Noctis.app
Then open Noctis normally.
