DMT MyoNORM is a simple multi-platform (Win/Mac) free application that allows you to calculate optimal length/tension relationship of small arteries. The normalization is important as - it standardizes baseline experimental conditions allowing for direct comparison of vessels - it optimizes vessel response - the sensitivity of the vessel to agonists is stretch dependent - the vessel’s active response is stretch dependent - it allows the user to assess the viability of the tissue
