Secure PDF Reader Program for the Drumlin Digital Rights Management (DRM) Service
Javelin3 and Javelin3Pro PDF Readers are free MS Windows programs that provide facilities for viewing standard PDF files, and for viewing encrypted (secure) versions of PDF files in formats (.drmz, .drmx) created for use with the Drumlin Digital Rights Management (DRM) service. The main difference between Javelin3 and Javelin3Pro is that the Pro version includes an initial step of software registration.
