Release Notes
  • Direct Model Dragging: Models can now be moved by dragging them directly in the 3D viewport without entering Move mode. Wipe towers can also be dragged directly.
  • Accurate Arrange Mode: Added an "Optimization" option to the Fast/Accurate dropdown in the Position panel for auto-arrangement, based on no-fit-polygon (NFP) packing for tighter results. Assemblies (groups) and IDEX duplication/mirror modes are supported.
  • Support Bridge Layers: Added a Support Bridge Layers setting (Dense Support tab). Support bridges now use the support extruder and are interleaved with sparse supports in the output order.
  • Wipe and Z-Hop Enhancements: Spiral z-hop is now supported in the print end segment. Retraction during wipe is now applied per-polygon to top surfaces, bottom surfaces, and narrow solid fills.
  • Preview: Added a second nozzle indicator to the gcode preview in duplication/mirror mode.
  • Annealing: Added an annealing phase after printing, with annealing time included in the estimated print report.
  • Nitrogen Protection during Cooling: Added an option to keep nitrogen protection enabled during the post-print cooling stage in nitrogen mode.
  • Material Appearance View: Replaced Realistic View with Material Appearance View, a new surface rendering mode that uses material appearance colors for powders.
  • Packing Mode Protections: Transform tools are now correctly locked according to the current packing mode; models fixed in place cannot be moved, rotated, scaled, mirrored, or laid flat, and no longer prevent other models from being selected.
