Enpass is a cross-platform password management app to securely store passwords and other credentials in a virtual vault locked with a master password. Unlike most other popular password managers, Enpass is an offline password manager.
Enpass Lite is now Enpass Free
The Enpass Lite plan is now named Enpass Free.
Free plan limits for new users
New Enpass Free users on desktop platforms have a limit of 25 active items and one vault, making the free plan uniform across all platforms. The first 25 items added or imported by new users will be active. All additional items will be visible and readable, but are labeled “Restricted” and cannot be edited, copied, or used for autofill.
Control autofill when Enpass is locked
You can now choose what information the Enpass browser extension is allowed to display in the autofill dropdown when the Enpass app itself is locked. Go to Enpass > Settings > Browser to enable this feature.
[Business] Recovery for keyfiles
Account Recovery is now available for Enpass Business users whose Enpass apps are secured with a keyfile, as well as those secured with only a Master Password.

Fixed an issue in which "Dark" and "Follow System" modes did not apply as expected.
Google Drive sync
Fixed an issue in which re-authentication failed with a "different account" error when the email IDs matched.
Improvements
Updated Qt framework (Security Issue: CVE-2026-9499, CVE-2026-8168)
The application uses Qt 6.8.8 to address potential security vulnerabilities.
Archive and Trash logic
Copy and autofill actions are disabled for items in the Archive and Trash for all users. To use these items, you must restore them first.
This version also includes other minor bug fixes and improvements.
