calibre is an e-book manager. It can view, convert, edit and catalog e-books in all of the major e-book formats. It can also talk to e-book reader devices. It can go out to the internet and fetch metadata for your books. It can download newspapers and convert them into e-books for convenient reading. It is cross platform, running on Linux, Windows and macOS.
A "Create your own adventure" writing game -- interactive storytelling with an AI managing the world you create
This is a little different from the usual run of calibre features. It started out as a way to test the AI backends in calibre but turned into something fun to use. As always with AI features its completely optional and not even loaded unless you explicitly run it. Go to Preferences->Toolbars & menus and add the "Create your own Adventure" to the main toolbar to use it
