This patch release adds Turkish across Arroxy's app and documentation, and keeps the localized README language metadata easier to maintain for future translations.
Highlights
Turkish Locale
- Added Turkish as a supported app locale, including system-language detection for tr and region tags like tr-TR.
- Added a full Turkish README generated from the localized docs source.
- Refreshed localized README navigation so Turkish appears consistently across every README language.
README Language Metadata
- Derived the README language count and language-name list from the README locale registry so future locale additions do not leave stale numbers behind.
- Polished the Russian README language-count wording so dynamic counts avoid numeral-agreement errors.
